Pat and I went to a Halloween party this past weekend and we dressed up as Khaleesi and her dragon from Game of Thrones.  The costumes were a little last minute and thrown together, but we actually got 2nd place in the costume contest!  It was such a fun night!  I love Halloween!

Now it's really official!  I have been working this past year to become a certified personal trainer and I passed my exam a few weeks ago and today I received my certificate!  I am so excited about this new chapter of my life.  I am so looking forward to working in a field that I am passionate about and having the opportunity to really help people.

I took my Mom to the ballet in Ft. Worth last night and it was such a fun evening!  The performance hall is so beautiful and so classic. Best place to watch a beautiful ballet!

This is a shot from the 'Walk the Moon' concert Pat and I went to last night.  They are hands down one of my favorite bands and I love seeing them perform.  Pat took me to the show last night to celebrate the fact I passed my certification exam and it was such a great show with good company!

I found this fun little guy and go so excited!  You don't see many toads around here, but I loved them growing up in Iowa.  I loved the sounds they made, I loved watching them when they would fall into our pool, and I loved trying to catch them.

This is about as "Fall-Like" as Dallas gets.  This beautiful and rare yellow-orange leaf floated down onto my windshield.  It was so pretty and so perfect!  I almost felt like we have fall season down here.

I love football and I love the Cowboys even more!  I have been a die-hard Cowboys fan since I was old enough to know what football was.  Pat and I were able to go tot the game yesterday (and had great seats!) and even though we didn't win, it was one exciting game.  Such a fun day!

I wait all year for this wonderful day!  The day that it finally cools down a bit and feels like Fall, or as "Fall" as you can get in Dallas, and I treat myself to a glorious Pumpkin Spice Latte.  The pumpkin waffles I got at Trader Joe's this morning were an extra treat!  :)

Pat and I had tickets to the Rangers game and it was such a beautiful night!  The game was unfortunately not so great, but it is such a beautiful stadium, the weather was perfect, and we had amazing seats!  Wonderful Monday night!
