I have been home sick the past few days so I haven't left the house much, but this made me giggle.  I got out of bed for just a quick second and came back to find Queso buried under the blankets.  He had made himself a little igloo of sorts.  So cute!

Everything always looks so fresh and beautiful after it rains.  I love the drops of rain that are left on the leaves and plants.  So pretty.

I was in Chicago for a Theta reunion and it was one of the best weekends I have had in such a long time!  I have not had a chance to see some of these girls for 8 or more years, but it was honestly like no time had passed.  I love these girls with all my heart!  Can't wait to do another reunion!

I was able to go back to Chicago for the first time in years this past weekend and it was so much fun!  I forgot how beautiful and historic downtown Chicago is.  It was such a joy to be able to spend a few days there.

Happy Halloween!!  This is a pumpkin pie margarita.  And yes, it tastes as heavenly as it sounds.  Who knew that two of the best things in the world (tequila and pumpkin) would be SO tasty together?  Well, they are.  It was amazing!
