I love Texas, but one thing it is lacking is the Fall season.  We have a scorching hot summer and then not so hot,  but we normally don't have the typical "Fall" temperatures and the changing of the leaves.  However, you occasionally stumble across  a few trees here and there that do have the vibrant oranges, reds, and yellows.  It's rare, but such a treat when you can find them!  I was spoiled with the fall leaves growing up in Iowa and Fall is something I always miss, but today I was lucky enough to find these two gems!

  1. Bright blue skies and brillant color from the leaves...add in a campfire and Big Ten football...perfection!
