This is my newest lunch creation/obsession and oh my goodness, I love it! Not only is it beautiful with all of the bright colors, but it is so healthy for you! It's millet, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, hemp seeds, seaweed flakes, fresh basil, and fresh lemon juice as a dressing. I just adore this and I am so happy that I get to share it!
