This was my lunch on Friday and I'm pretty sure this is the only thing that got me through the day until I could get to my margarita!  I had some of my chilled strawberry-almond soup left over, so I brought that and paired it with some sliced mango and avocado.  I dipped the mango into the soup like it was bread.  It was so refreshing and absolutely delightful!
